The flexibility of a family run, locally based catering butcher

The benefit of a small family run catering butchers is that we do not have a “sales team”. Talk to and meet one of our hands on experienced butchers.

Brett or Scott would be more than happy to meet with you and to quote for your menu or make meat cut suggestions at a time that is convenient for you.

We realise when running a business, particularly a catering business that your working schedules do not always tie in with ‘normal office’ hours. With this in mind our butcher can be contacted anytime of the day. Your enquiry can be dealt with immediately, an order can be placed, confirmed and a delivery time agreed.
