Dry aged for flavour and tenderness for a minimum of 14 days before being expertly prepared by our skilled butchers. We consider English lamb to be the best in the world for tenderness and flavour. We source the majority of our lamb from trusted Farms within Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase use within 3 months.
